Meet Our Captain
USCG OUPV and Masters License holder, Capt. Ethan Hanson, 6-th generation Fort Myers, Florida, has been roaming the waters of Southwest, FL for over 20 years. Capt. Ethan is the great- great-great-grandson of Capt. Manuel Gonzalez, the founding father of Fort Myers, FL who pulled into the Fort on a boat that set sail from Spain in 1847, it is safe to say the water is in his blood. His love for the water has been evident for quite some time. From mowing lawns during the summer as a young kid, making just enough gas money to take out the Jon boat hoping to catch one snook, to growing up and winning some of the most prestige fishing tournaments the area has to offer. Knowing what he wanted to do with his life, after college, Capt. Ethan had the pleasure of working under Capt. Bill Hammond and Angela Hammond, of Endless Summer Charters, where he was not only able to take his skill set to the next level but also was taught how to provide his clients a true saltwater experience. Unfortunately, when COVID hit, fishing came to a halt, while the yacht world started to boom, which allowed Capt. Ethan to obtain his 100-ton Masters license and deliver countless Yachts all over the country. No matter what it is Capt. Ethan has done and seen it all. Capt. Ethans expertise will be sure to provide you and your group memories for a lifetime in a safe professional manner!
